About ADEPT

ADEPT (Automatically Derived Earthquake Products & Tools)
is a set of programs which monitors the USGS event listings, downloads
any global events larger than M5.9 from all known and open seismic data centers
converts the data to 20 samples/sec SAC files, and where possible rotates
the data to the RTZ orientation and calculates travel times.

ADEPT was written and implemented by John D. West
and conceived by Ed Garnero

Data products derived from the ADEPT data set are
under development and can be found at SWAT
